I have In-Process added value opportunities and referral requests as well as ongoing relationship building strategies for strategic business partnerships. I also have a Post Closing, Follow up, and Lead Generation strategy as part of my Customer Relationship Management System that helps me to keep in contact with my past clients. I'm very satisfied with amount of incoming leads and feedback that I'm receiving from my marketing.

For my property listings, I have a toll free 800 phone number which enables me to record property descriptions, assign advertising extensions and generate real–time leads. I have a professional voice system that features an auto-attendant, multiple user extensions, call forward, call locator, and voice mail.

100 = I have a Transaction Management System that enables me to manage and organize all transaction documents in digital form so that I have remote access to these documents anytime. I can easily forward documents, and permits others to access the documents online, and with the barcode faxing technology, can quickly order and receive documents from preferred vendors. I also can easily move received documents and faxes directly into the correct transaction folders, and it gives me communications and notification tools so that I have each transaction’s status at my fingertips.
