8. Business Plan Summary |
|
|
|
|
XYZ Agent is a Realtor
Agent of XYZ Brokerage,
an international network company that provides high level expertise in
real estate sales in the state of Texas. XYZ
Agent will be focusing on supplying
homebuyers and home sellers with professionalism and expertise in
reaching a successful sale and/or purchase in all their real estate
needs.
Technology is changing at a rapid pace. According to
James A. Crumbaugh, CEO of Allison James Estates
and Homes, “in the next 10 years, the virtual
culture will be the number one business model in the real estate
industry.” Those that reinvent will survive. “In the new technology
paradigm, Realtors will be performing the same basic activities,
however, now using a technology-driven
platform… all the activities in this new
paradigm are connected to each other, so you must take an integrated
approach.” (Jose Perez, President, PCMS
Consulting)
XYZ Realty is
poised to effectuate an ongoing transformation, and will continue to
reinvent the business every day as I continue to leverage new technology
to provide better service to my clients. XYZ
Agent will continually look for additional
marketing technique to offer clientele and serve the public in the high
standards handed down by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
My next step is
the preparation of a full-blown Operational
Business Plan (Modules) with
virtual assistant,
virtual office, marketing planning, strategies, system building,
compilation of financial projections, etc. etc. –
These modules will set milestones and help coordinate the process that
is required to implement systems and guide me through the
“90 Days of System Transformation".
